True Love

I love my cat. She can curl up next to my knees, start purring, and it simply makes me smile. I can hold her like a baby, tap her nose, and it makes me smile, too. She can pose like a goddess cat from Egypt, hold her round paws together in front of her, and it makes me smile again. She can sigh, run when I sneeze, and I still smile. I can pet her on my bed, and she still always rub her head against the edge of my computer. I smile again. That's what love should be: simplicity. She doesn't have to love me, but she does. She doesn't know anything beyond about 100 ft outside of our house, and she can't think like I do, and she can't question the world and herself, but she loves freely and openly. I believe everything has a smart, thinking soul, but cats have something about them that is innocent and pure, and lovely. Thank you for loving me, Cinder.
