Stress

I remember when I was eight my mom this one time just breaking down and crying. She was driving me to ice skating lessons. I have skating every Wednesday at 7 for an hour, and I think soccer was all the other days. But I just recall my mom always being there. She always drove me, fed me, gave me a pep talk, sang to the music. But I've never seen someone so defeated. She looked done. I was already late for my lesson, but I stayed in the car. She kept saying, "It feels like no one gives a shit about me." I did, so I had to stay in the car. It was the right thing to do. She kept crying and yelling. But i never went to open the door to leave.
